This full Yoga practice is designed to open up and strengthen the side body. We will be working with laterals and twists to further detox and strengthen the physical and energetic body using our breath and awareness.
Let's detox and release any stagnant energy so that we can become more in tune and connected with ourselves.
This class moves at a moderate pace, with plenty of cueing and modifications to stay safe in your body.
Enjoy this well rounded class as you move with your breath and come back home to yourself.
Listen to you body first and foremost, your body knows you best. If you need to take rest, take rest. If something feels painful or intuitively not right, please back off or don't do the posture at all if it will cause more harm than good.

A little too fast the first 20 min. Hard to make transitions for me. Or maybe too early in the morning to do this video. But it’s always soothing to listen to you.
