Vinyl Application Table Ideas

Vinyl application tables can cost a lot of money. You don't have to spend a ton of money on a application table. For just a few hundred dollars you can build your own.

@@BobTheSignMan I am jealous :-) was also looking into getting a CWT but a the moment cant make that size of an investment. Has it been a huge difference in what you can and cannot do and the overall workflow compared to your previous roller?

Did you replace the tension knobs with those air cylinders or did the roller come like that? I have heard of people that doing but cannot seem to find anything on actually doing it.

They came with the air option. I have seen others with knobs to adjust roller pressure.

I understand you’re the vinyl guy, but why make signs with vinyl when sublimation is easier and looks better?

I make traffic signs for Napa County. Traffic signs are made with specific sheeting.
