Oh yeahhh Anthony, great finds, GLJ brings me wayyyy back!!! And those thrift finds, am a huge fan of greatest hits, often perfect when entertaining at home… I have a 10 old girl and was at sunrise records this week, she started crate digging with me and showed me a few Swift albums, told me I should get one, might surprise her. Absolute awesome video Anthony!. Greatest hits are awesome especially if you have limited space. I’m amazed at how fast my collection has grown and we are only halfway through the year. For me a greatest hits album is most of the time all I need unless I’m just trying to fill the discography of a certain band. Love your five picks for the contest. Great stories especially about the kiddos. My daughter is like me and likes most music from the 40s-present day. She doesn’t like classical or jazz very much though. My son likes a lot of music too. They’ve never been into the media you and I enjoy which is a shame. They are Spotify freaks without a doubt. Take care brother and hope you are having a great week so far. 🙏🏼🤘🏼👊🏼🍻

100% correct Brian. Word of advice from my perspective. Collecting vinyl is extremely addictive, don’t fall into the trap that I did & just start buying everything that you see. I regret lots of my decisions when first starting out. Make sure it’s an artist or album that you KNOW you will listen to, if not it’s just going to sit there and collect dust. Gene Loves Jezebel are great! That looks like a beautiful package. That vinyl is sweet! The Goodwills around my area suck. I’ve never seen that Donovan in a gatefold either. Must be an original press? What a great haul.

Great finds Anthony. Love the t-shirt, like a badge you wear! Love the stories as well. Osmosis reminds me of my friend Lori from Kalama WA and me visiting there and Portland and Seattle in 1999. Love the stories my good sir, Kiss Alive, gets me verklemt, both your stories and me not having my vinyl from childhood. I finally made my entry to Alex competition last night, had to get back to Norway and my record collection first.
