I got crit by this pretty hard today, I'm turning 25 this year, I remember vibing to your music and specifically to this EP a lot on the bus rides just as I was entering high school. And even now years after not being a part of the fandom anymore, you're still my favorite discovery. I always had a soft spot for the trance you made and it's sad to see how underrated it still is. Hope you're doing well, man.

only just 10 days into 2023, and KZbin's algorithm blessed me with this 1-way ticket down memory lane. it's crazy to think it might've been nearly a decade since i've heard this last, i'll be 22 this year and stuff like this makes me feel old. out of all of your pre-2016 tracks, this song, Another Girl, Into The Ocean, Nostalgic, and Secret Curiousity were probably my most listened to, and im so glad i've found it all over again. the memories i associate with this song are so great and so formative, even after all these years of having forgotten mostly about all of them, it hits a sweet spot the same way it did the first time i heard this album. despite the melancholic nature of nostalgia, i cannot thank you enough for having such a positive influence at a time in my life where i could've really used Sound 😉. despite having my own laptop to play on and at least see what was happening on the internet whenever i wanted, i was primarily an Xbox kid because that's where all the good games of that time were at. having been born in '01, i was born too late to experience the formation years of the internet & cool legendary stuff like LAN parties, but i was born just in time to experience its peak. there was one specific indie game on Xbox 360 which was a really primitive 3D flight simulator, where the only aircraft available was a P-51D Mustang. i used a 16gb flashdrive (i still have it) and i would load it with MP3's of stuff i'd hear on my laptop and play those songs through Xbox 360's atrociously buggy Media Player. i'd spend hours flying around in this flight sim, doing nothing but navigating the surprisingly expansive terrain at high speed, making sure i didn't run out of fuel, and listening to bangers from the factory default Xbox 360 headset speakers. it was my way of de-stressing, either after a long day at school (elementary & middle school days were both usually seemingly infinite and abysmally painful to endure), or after having played something way more intense like Battlefield 3, or CoD MW2, or after getting killed & my base griefed in a "friend's" Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition world. between this and Another Girl, this was the song that I played the most. the memories i associate it with are near and dear to my heart, and having heard it again for the first time in close to a decade was a very unanticipated surprise, but it definitely was a welcomed one. this'll 110% be on loop for the next week. hope whoever's reading this is able to take away something positive from this wall of text.

Absolutely mind blowing. To think you and many out there were going through childhood with my music is an amazing story to share. It is an incredible journey i am super happy for and always excited to share more as time goes on. Ten years listening to this wondrous song. To this music. I haven't regretted a single moment that these songs have graced me with. This song in particular, it always brings a hectic, stressful day to a grinding halt, and reminds me to take a breath- to take a moment, listen, and collect my thoughts. Music has always been a means for me to keep myself grounded, from going over a regretful edge. I'm grateful for the music you've made and shared with us all, it was a huge part of my childhood, and still holds a solid place in my heart and soul.

Lyrics: Nice clefs around, in circles to the ground. In specks of silver blue, and shades of me and you. Behind the crippled wall, sound was hiding small, waiting for a door, staring alone at the floor. I keep him locked inside, he broke my heart he lied, He ran one you are near. I called him in vein. He wondered why i'm silent, why i'm looking of sound. **Chorus** Hey sound, where are you, I could use you right now. Hey sound, i can't speak, and i can't breath right now. **Close**
