Interesting, if unfortunate, bit of trivia: The bass player and singer on that tune, Roy Estrada, is currently incarcerated in the Texas State Prison System. He was convicted for sex offenses, first having been convicted of child sex abuse in 1994 and serving six years' imprisonment, then pleading guilty to abuse of a young relative in 2012. He will not be eligible for release until 2036, at which time he will be 93 years old.

@mu99ins4 жыл бұрын
Let me say this carefully, so as not to offend... You wouldn't want America to scarf up the world and shit on it, would ya? Oh, absolutely not. Never. Stop it. I love simplistic politics. It's so tidy and easy to understand. I love Zappa music, and some of his politics WAS right on. And during the Vietnam War, people were wondering, what the heck? And so blanket statements were made, and people began to think...sort of. Anyhow, the upshot was, as always, they got some things right, and most things wrong. The Yippies (different than Hippies) of that era eventually took over education in America, so now, instead of Liberal education, the schools teach socialism, careful to not to name it as such. History has been deconstructed. Art has been deconstructed. Literature has been deconstructed. Free speech has been deconstructed. Math has been decolonized. Gender has been deconstructed. Males die at a higher rate during the Chinese virus pandemic, and so womanhood is the victim. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4vbg4OaodStf6M
