I don't necessarily say "dahlah" or "haiyaaa" but I most certainly think it whenever the situation arises. It's these kind of words that somehow fully describe certain situations better than 1000 words ever could.

What’s funny is that “adiós” means goodbye in Spanish but that “a dios” also means “to God”. Sometimes Kaela hits that “a” in a way that makes me feel like I’m back in Spanish Catholic church.

Ciao can also be used as a greeting, so it both means "hello" and "goodbye". Addio is just for goodbye.

Nobody uses "addio" in Italy tho, cause the meaning it's the same as "farewell " in English or "sayonara" in Japanese. So yeah we use "ciao" (informal) or "arrivederci" (formal).
