Well done for making this, and to these brave guys for speaking out. This kind of systematic brutality has gone on decade after decade in British prisons, with barely any of the perpetrators doing a day of jail time themselves - and certainly not the Governors, BOV, doctors, and others who are always absolutely complicit. A.S.A.B. As for the cameras, I was with John Bowden, when we, and several other prisoners, were absolutely battered by the screws, (while the BOV cheered them on). There were dozens of cameras, from hand-held video cameras to CCTV, and the footage from every single one of them went missing. Obviously, the cops are part of it too.

Really disturbing and yes enlightening to hear of this corruption. Sorry to you all for the brutality of the system .. I hope we can learn from this about the difference between custodial and care.
