I was searching for this song for the last couple of days , found it finally. Brings back childhood.
I used to buy cassette tapes for these types of music (boy bands like BSB, NSync, Westlife, Blue, etc) way before. Until I slowly shifted to the likes of Incubus,3rd Eye Blind, Green Day, Offspring, etc). Then I got farther and listened to metal acts like KSE, Lacuna Coil, All That Remains, Trivium, CoF and Dimmu Borgir. Now I listen to modern pop scenes like The Chainsmokers and etc. Then went back to listen to the mid 90s and early 2000 songs that I used to love. Is there something wrong with me? Tell me I'm not the only who has been through this.
@ihsantriapramanda19737 жыл бұрын
GJ Bleed No dude, that's completely normal. Sometimes our interests make a cycle, shifting from one type/genre of music to another, only to feel nostalgic again to the previous one and repeat the cycle again. I also went from 90s boybands to early 00s alt rock to 2010s electronic music, back to 70s disco R&B and 80s glam rock. Heck I even dabbled into old-timey blues songs from the era my dad haven't even born yet 😂😂

As many times I've heard this song, never saw the music video. I've always heard this as a good song of faith, never realized or thought of it as a song where they were talking with their spouses, but now many years later, looking at the Song from my 11 year old perspective and my 30 year old perspective, this song can be listened to by all walks of life which i find so neat. In my heart, this would be one of my many songs dedicated to God.

A lot of us millennials these days are depressed cause we cannot believe and accept the fact that those memorable and happy years of our childhood are gone. As we hear these type of songs we remember those days even the days when we're in trouble as kids. It is just hard to accept that our children right now the newer generations cannot experience the same things that we had. I pray for COVID to be gone in our lives and us to be strong not just for ourselves but esp. to the young ones that needed our guidance and protection in spite of us losing the people we love as some of us are slowly saying goodbye to our elders, losing comrades that are taken to early and seeing our own parents age. There is always a new day. Someone is watching above.

This is one of those songs that travels me to the past. When I was a kid around 7 years my teenage neighbor always play this song. He is now living abroad but I always remember him whenever i hear this song. He is very nice and cool guy.

Uuggghhh😭 I just got recommended, and I forget this song now as I remember back in my old days it's like I'm still being love and care and who's ever reading this too. I know you will feel the same way too ❤️❤️❤️
