I was pregnant for my daughter when this song came out, I used to sing it to my pregnant belly, and after she was born I sang it as a lullaby to her while I rocked her to sleep at night. She's 19 years old today, and this song still holds true. I loved her before I met her, she's the baby girl I always dreamed of having, and she became my best friend.
