Even now I wonder why I shed tears for Violet Evergarden. Why do I cry for events that happened long before I was born during World War 2? Why should I have feelings for situations that took place in a time before people knew better? And why should I have sencerity for individuals who are now long gone passed away of old age? These questions still bother me even now. I cannot explain why I'm sad for things that happened before my time. I guess the people who created this Masterpiece wants me to feel this way.

Them sharing their stories to me opens my mind to the gargantuan picture of life. This show has taught me that the world does not revolve around me nor does it follow with me. Everyone has their own walks of life and their own way of dealing with situations. Violet Evergarden is a story of survivors guilt, loss and a journey in finding the meaning of love. Whoever created this show really wanted me the audience to emerse myself into this World War 1 Inspired World.

Absolutely. TRUE and Minori Chihara already have music videos of the opening and ending of Violet Evergarden. I've seen them both and they actually connect together like a story from beginning to end. Those two music videos are excellent. However believe it or not, Futarigoto is actually my 2nd Favorite Song that was never included in its Main Series. テイラーの側からエイミーが養子として出ていくシーンは辛かった···全然世代じゃないけどおしんの最終話思い出した。あとテイラーがエイミーに送った手紙を読むシーンで「エイミーへ、私はテイラーバートレットです。エイミーの妹です。｣こんなに短い文章だけど、その直後の回想シーンは駄目だって！あれで涙ちょちょ切れたから。でもあの時何故、テイラーはエイミーの前に姿を敢えて見せなかったかというと「私自身が、一人前の郵便配達員になったら直接お姉ちゃんに渡したいから｣という理由を聞いて「だからかぁ～～～｣と感じた。長文失礼しました。
