Thank you for the tour of your beautiful manufacturing lab. It is truly a dream shop with amazing equipment kept clean and organized. You guys have taken CNC machining to the next level and are changing the world one project at a time. I love what you said about what drives all that technology - your people. The latest buzz in our industry is AI . . . a lot of people are saying: "AI will replace humans, AI doesn't make mistakes, AI is the future, Skynet will become self aware" . . . but AI could not hold a candle to the creativity of the people in your team who are the stars of every amazing project you take on. AI would be sitting idle without them. Their enthusiasm is contagious and it inspires because it is real. I am sure that you have already saved many lives, in the same way CNC machining saved yours. You guys are all on the very leading edge of technology and are teaching the world your 'secrets' - that is your biggest strength, teaching us to lift each other up (just like you did at that interview), teaching us that collaboration, not confrontation is the way forward. You are not hiding your 'special' tools in your toolbox - you are sharing the wealth of knowledge. Wishing you and yours the very best, brother!

Oooh man....this is the video we've been waiting for thousands of years..... you dazzled us, Mr. Tyson..... I don't know what part of the video I'm talking about because it took my mind from the first to the last millisecond. ... I loved this place so much that I wanted to work there even as a coffee and tea maker for the team .... As you said, Mr. Titan, the most beautiful thing about work is the team and not the machines .... We can change machines every day .... And we can sell machines and buy more At any moment....but the one who will stay with you until the end is the team that left their cities and came to Texas to turn those faceless blocks of iron... into pieces that float in space today.... These people are the soul of work, and with the days when someone is absent from work for a day or two, you have the feeling that their absence was for a few years, as if they were your brothers with whom you fought the hardships of work and with whom you enjoyed the moments of success and victory when completing complex things. Those moments are the ones that you will keep somewhere deep In your memory, when you leave work and go to retirement to rest from work, you will not remember the machines, nor the facility, nor anything else, you will only remember .... the team. one day I'll be part of that team and I'll wear that T-shirt. The new gray one ... just wait for me Mr. Titan 😎 BOOOM

The profound impact people you've never met can have on you without them knowing just how inspiring they've been to those who've seen their work is amazing. Seeing the facility as it is right now brings me so much joy. Mr. Gilroy I discovered your channel when I started the mechanical technology program at my high school way back in 2016, learning machining and welding. I never loved/looked forward to school until I started that program and saw the BEAUTY of manufacturing and the joy it brings to take an idea and make it real. The trades, changed my outlook on the world and life trajectory. I'm now heading into my 4th year of university pursuing a manufacturing engineering degree in a foreign country. The trades opened a world of opportunities for me and your channel played no small part in inspiring younger me from the so called "third world". I am humbled and grateful for your willingness to share and inspire all your viewers. The stories you've shared, the messages you've communicated, the free wisdom and knowledge you've provided really is a blessing. I could go on but Titan, I just wanted to say thank you and I'm glad to be a part of your journey. BOOM!!

Congratulations Titan, you have an immense heart and passion for your peoples and workshop, I watch your videos from many years now, very appreciated you very much (more) from the video where you said the story of your life, when you lost your contracts and ended almost broke trying to save your company and not firing your peoples, that was when I realized your "authenticity" and was when I realized, I can trust this guy, and I can learn a lot from him. I'm not a machinist, but love the creation of shiny parts, and I'm in extasy every time I walk in a CNC machine shop like a kid in a kandy store! I love these machines, I have designed some parts in CAD before and some of these were machined by external machine shop, and I can confirm, it is a real happiness to have in my hands the piece of shining metal I designed for our pilots (I work for a little motorsport workshop), I can say, it is satisfying to built something, and comprehend your awesome enthusiasm! Congratulations for your new work shop, it is awesome and it is a dream! I have some big dreams, and them involves cnc manufacturing, some day, I want to have a company like yours, not only in the facilities (beautiful and awrsomes), but in the way you interact with your best assets, your peoples, I'm learning from you. Now I'm thinking to buy some little equipments and start to practice in my garage doing parts for my first personal racing car (allways worked on the cars of others before), some day, when the times will be better, I hope reach you in Texas to visit you if it is possible, until then, Tanks soo much my friend, chears from Italy!

Its cool to see this. I'm a tool maker in aerospace, and work with a lot of machinists in close proximity. Most of those guys are button pushers. They don't set anything up beyond in the same thing over and over. They don't monitor things except to see when it crashes and change the tool. They load a program and push the button. If it crashes they hit the stop. They don't do the real machining you guys do. And they don't have any of the passion you and your team have.

I do have a few questions though: Titan you said you need to surround yourself with amazing people. Barry, Jesse, Tyson, Chris, Travis, and your super cool production crew (that's an awesome office to work in) are all wizards at what they do, but you're the owner, the visionary of the business, you set the direction the business is going to go in. What other types of people do you hang around that we don't see that bring you up higher? Titan do you get to make any parts during the day? How did the octopus turn out? Did we ever get to see the finished octopus? I've been watching your videos since my Engineering Technologies teacher showed one in class when I was a Sophomore in High School. Now I'm a Junior in college majoring in mechanical engineering, and you sir have lost weight, and you sir look amazing.
