Yeah alot of the time they’re first on scene so being able to give medical attention as quickly as possible with having to wait crucial minutes before paramedics arrives probably saves a ton of lives. Love the work they do

Might be worth a visit in the future to Birkenshaw West Yorkshire fire training centre, it’s in the middle of being almost rebuilt, looks an interesting place and has a great looking memorial statue to those fire fighters lost in the line of duty, Robbo 👍

Kev, this is how it should be when it comes to emergency services staff meeting auditors and hats off to the guys at SYFRS for their time. Makes a massive change from the usual "Get Out" and "What You Doing" from police officers and staff at police stations. Personally I have no problem with the police, just the rogues, the tyrants and the sausages in the police forces who spoil it for the good officers.

All Our service are brilliant, why do Ambulance and police go to Mc Donald's and other fast food shops because they eat in their vehicles, firemen go for fast food😅 too , they get time in-between job and may go in there cars.The point about police killing people not saving them was disgusting kev , all are trained in first aid some to paramedic leave like arm response first 15 minutes of life till paramedic or Ambulance staff can get there. Its like comparing all auditors to the crap ones . No wonder police are offered Please treat all services like you want to be treat
