Virago 1100 Engine Teardown Pt.1

We're tearing down the original motor that came in the Virago 1100.
This motor came seized in the bike. It was later replaced by a donor motor... which I seized at high RPM in April, 2020.
On the hunt to find out what exactly happened to each motor, we're breaking in the Sled Shed with this series of teardown and inspection videos.

Hey....... great video Folks ! I live in England UK. I gotta open up my XV1000 motor , as the first gear refuses to engage. I suspect this is a known problem on first gen XV motors , where the hardening on the gears lets go. I got replacement clusters ready to go in. Ride Well & Happy !

@@pipedreamscustoms5105 well I had a friend who was gonna help me do a barebones wiring. And I cut up my wiring harness then he disappeared? So now I either have to get a new one and put it in or make one and idk where to start with it.
