Dabeli or Kachhi Dabeli Gujarat Kachh Ka Sabse Popular Street Food Hai. Pure Gujarat me ye sab jagah milti hai lekin kachhi dabeli ki baat hi kuch aur hai. Iske sathe jo masala sing aati hai bo bhi ghar pe asani se ban sakti hai, dabeli masala bhi ghar ka best hota hai. To ye video apko bahot hi pasand ayega kyuki sabse best result milega.
Chat Chutneys Recipe:
• 3 Chat Chutney Recipes...
Ingredients:
For Dabeli Masala:
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
15-20 Black Pepper Corn
1 Star Anniese
3-4 Small Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cloves
2 tbsp Dry Coconut
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
2 tsp Sugar
For Masala Sing:
1-1/2 Cup Roasted Groundnuts
1 tsp Oil
Dabeli Masala
For Garlic Chutney for Dabeli:
8-9 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt to Taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Water as Require
Aloo Masala for Dabeli:
1 tbsp Oil
2-3 tbsp Dabeli Masala
Water as Require
2 tbsp Dates and Tamarind Chutney / Mithi Chutney
5 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
For Serving:
Besan Sev
Anardana
Fresh Coriander
Chopped Onions
Pav
Butter
