Ingredients: (550 + Grams Masala will be Ready)
50 Grams Groundnuts
50 Grams Coriander Seeds
25 Grams Fenugreek Seeds
50 Gram Gram Flour
50 Gram Turmeric Powder
125 Gram Red Chilly Powder
12 Gram Asafoetida
40 Gram Dried Dates
150 Grams Salt
25 ml Oil
To Make Dal:
1 inch Ginger
1/4 Cup Jaggery
1/2 Cup Prepared Dal Masala
Fresh Coriander
2 tsp Tamarind Water
For Tampering:
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/8 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida
Dry Red Chillies
Store this masala in airtight container for 6-7 Months (It can be store without fridge as well).
