Actually I had an experience like that too. I went there for a friend of mine. Hello , dear I watched your video and appreciating your work! But you must have mistaken because i too have a shop at DigholiPukhuri from last 9 months and i know how it feels working with so much of pressure . So, the same goes with manash and manisha they were busy at that point because it is not possible for them or for us to reacte each time. Also we always try to give our best to the customers so that they all come back for the food with good mood. So, i request you and others to understand that we are not always available for videos as we also have to take the orders and deliver it on time . Because at DigholiPukhuri to be honest customers have no time for waiting. And it is really difficult for us to manage everything at the same time starting from that heat coming out while cooking . I'm sharing my thoughts as I have gone through this each day ! Hope you and others understand and respect each person working like that day and night.
