I have to be so careful with placing clip ins directly on my hair in the front because I’ve caused traction alopefia this way and end up with bald spots. Do you have any recommendations on how to strengthen hair or would tape ins be better in that front area?

@@bryanna_renaee hmm I would suggest some type of oil to grow your bald spot. I think tape ins might be worse tbh. I would suggest either getting a head band wig until they grow back
