You can cook without oil in microwave trust me just take your instant golgappa and put 5-10 golgappa in a microwave safe plate and microwave it for 40 seconds if it is not done then do 20 -25 more

You can do the same in microwave too. Put in 4-5 pcs at a time for 45-50 seconds. No oil needed.
