While her refusal to answer this question still reveals the answer, it obfuscates the follow on questions on which crimes will be forgiven against which victims by which perpetrators. Her answer to those questions is a multitiered application of the law based on skin color, gender, and whatever favors sexual deviants. Saying the other person's name repeatedly to not only waste time (which each member gets a very limited amount of) but to create an air of superiority, same way parents say your entire name when trying to talk down to you from a position of authority. They also say those specific phrases as ways to run out the clock. "thank you senator ______ I'm so glad to join you today, to come and answer these questions to help you further understand my positions on these topics were speaking about today." Say that out loud with a stop watch then say it a couple times slower, more enunciated and more articulate, each time. You'll be surprised how much of the clock that alone just wasted. The answer is no it shouldnt be forgiven but it should have a follow on such as each crime needs to be look at on an individual basis and potentially laws should be re written based on the world we live in today vice the world we lived in when the law was written if that makes sense.
