Viral Solid nail tips glue! Does it really work?? Born Pretty

Using the solid gel glue, if use a gel base coat, cure it, then glue, it'll hold a lot better and longer. Not sure why the places that sell this glue dont tell that.

Yes! I found that out after the fact 😣 I wish I would have known it here. But on Born Pretty’s website they have a tut video that says use a base.

@@LuxeNailsWithTara I bought mine off Vettsy from KZbin video seen here. No where said use base lol. So 1st time did nails took over hour and woke up with 1 ir 2 fell off already. Others fell off fast too. Next 2 times tried using alcohol and other to make sure nails were clean enough. Then finally after 3 times I seen a girl saying try gel base. Finally tried 2 weeks ago and boy what a difference! Today marks about 10 days and holding good still. Not sure why they dont include a small pamphlet or even on pot saying to use gel base. It makes all the difference. Loved your nails btw. The burgundy pink color is my fave😍💜

@@zoedaflower9914 Ok... I said in another post also, I never seen it when started 1st using. I inly seen it after the fact. So I had never seen none of the videos I searched saying use a gel base. I looked through tons 1st too. Also whats the video under? Cause I searched and never seen it. Veetsy I watched only showed starting with the solid glue that i watched.

@@zoedaflower9914 id love to know which ones. You know it is possible that your search words are different!? Either way my experience def wasnt tge same. Whats tge use in trying to be rude and stir mess?! Man what drama starters there always seems to be. I can personally say ive bought multiple kits in gel, sns, acrylic, and others in different stuff to try. I do search a huge bit before I try stuff so dont waste and know somewhat of what to do. I know for a fact I did search on vettsy vids and every one I seen only started as they were using the solid gel glue. Not 1 I watched showed using a reg gel, then cure, then glue! I only noticed from another girl vid 1 or 2 months after I 1st bought with her showing use gel base. Like i said the words I searched never showed. But I really shouldnt have to defend my experience of something so small either. Thank you Tara btw. 💜

Hello I saw that you used your fingers to model the product while on the born pretty site they apply the product directly on the tips. Did you have any durability problems applying it with your fingers? I ask you this because in my opinion with your method the application is easier. Thanks, Elena from Italy.

Hello 👋🏾. No I didn’t have any issues. Yes the instructions via the website work great as well. I just have very long and curved downward nail beds, so I wanted to make sure I covered my nail bed completely. To ensure complete durability make sure to use a base coat first and no matter how you apply your solid glue you’ll great longevity and durability✨💗

How difficult was it to remove the solid glue gel when you were done with this set?

Well, this particular set I used UNT peel off base so they popped right off with applying a little pressure☺️. But the times I’ve used it on my other hand that I don’t do for videos it soaks off completely with some acetone! Hope that helps✨
