They immediately should have found a way to separate the girl, who clearly was not acting normal, from the father and son (aside from telling her to stay behind him 🙄)and then calmly asked her what made her believe that the boy stole the phone while also informing the father of what was going on so he could be prepared. If she couldn't give them an answer that gave solid reason to ask to see the phone, then they were free to go. Just letting the girl freely roam around acting like that was asking for something bad to happen. There is actually camera footage of her from the hotel straight up tackling one of them to the floor. They could have been seriously hurt.
