Your "micro-analysis" of techniques for specific phases of the game has been excellent recently. I'd love to see your take on 1v1 defending vs a dribbling opponent. Obviously there's a lot to that technique from approach, spacing, body angle, posture, footwork, hand fighting, use of sideline, etc... but I have strong feeling you might highlight some hidden details.

This is a great video thanks! I'm trying to learn how to play centre back better and this makes a lot of sense. Turning a little and jumping off two feet allows so much more force down the pitch and staying up for the second challenge is vital
