Although my home airport is Manchester I found this very useful. Possibly for connecting passengers how quick is it to get to from other Heathrow terminals. Also, being topical this week (incl Platinum Jubilee, Heathrow is also served by new Elizabethan train line from Paddington and central London as well as local (cheaper) train services from Paddington. Ps those travelling Virgin from Manchester, Terminal 2 at Manchester is a lot closer to the rail and tram station then the other terminals at Manchester. Pss ! The equivalent video for airports in the US would be a good addition

Virgin Atlantic refused to board me at Heathrow because I had to recheck in at one of the airports on route to Manila. No offer of help whatsoever just kept saying you need a visa to do self luggage collection, which seems like a dirty trick since the pandemic.

I think they are planning flights from Heathrow to Orlando on either an Airbus A330-300 or Boeing 787-9

I would change the tittle tbh, premium is Upper Class and is a different process from the one you show, you jean economy, even premium economy us still economy

I love flying Virgin Atlantic. Fantastic service. From the ground into the air and back on the ground. Love the lounge at Heathrow. It's a destination on it's own. Gotta hair cut. Shoe shine from a grand old gentleman. Food was top notch. I arrived 6 hours b4 my flight. By the time I left. Everyone working there knew my name. Had one pretty girl working there chatting up a storm with me and pretty much was so helpful getting items so I wouldn't have to get up and loose my seat near the windows. She gave me a tour of the lounge and introduced me to her fellow workers. I felt like a VIP. Passengers that I was some one famous. I told her that and she said u r. I would pay a fee just to go to the lounge. A funny thing happened. They kept asking me if I wanted to go on an earlier flight. The girl that was my guide said no he doesn't. He is staying with me until the last flight. And I did. She escorted me to the gate and told them I'm a VIP. A flight attendant came out and escorted me to my seat and I got great service. I will definitely fly them again when my health gets better

What kind of crap airport design is this? A 20 minute walk from the waiting area to the gates? WTF? Why didn’t they build this terminal with waiting areas in front of each gate? Stupidity!

To be fair, the terminal opened in 1961 and has been extended several times since. The newer Heathrow terminals have a better layout, but people still need to sit somewhere until they know which gate to go to.
