Uh😔I was there and almost walked into it...😲when I first saw them..a lady was walking her small dog and I see a man nearby and dog running up from behind...but the news says it was a drunk ladies dog😶which tells me something,,😔now I know why folks want unleashed dogs, so the owner can flee the scene and escape without being accountable,, cuz I saw a man near...cuz ain't no way a drunk woman wouldv'e had any control over her dog any time of the day, that dog wouldv'e already attacked long time ago.....i know it looked like a big riot out on the beach...folks were hitting with sticks and beating both dogs trying to break them up....i ran, I wasn't gonna stand near that shyt,, that dog could've started attacking the crowd of people......but I do believe they just picked some random person nearby and said it was their dog..😶now I know why people want unleashed dogs,, so that they can't be identified...the owner can flee the scene without being responsible......😠they think they are slick.......📢Do Not allow this folks
