Virginia Creeper Trail 17 Miles Uphill on the Priority 600X

You went a good time of the year. During “tourist time” I t’s sketchy riding up with all the shuttled riders coming down. We usually go in September on a weekday It’s a good ride!

I’ve ridden the Creeper from Abingdon to Whitetop a couple times. It’s a great trail. There are actually only around 47 or so trestles. The numbering starts in Abingdon. I think I actually prefer the Abingdon to Damascus portion of the trail, the scenery is beautiful and maybe a little more varied.

Nice video…love the 360 shots! I have one and use it all the time. I actually rode the Virginia Creeper Trail for the first time last October and loved every minute of it. Had lunch at Hellbenders!

How long did it take you to pedal up to White Top?

Hi 👋 Gary - as I recall, I think it took about two hours to ride to the top +/- from Damascus to White Top. Of course, it was much quicker coming back down. A truly fun ride! I think next time I wanna make a full day out of it and ride the whole trail from Abingdon to White Top up. Thanks for watching, and commenting!
