This whole department needs retraining. I was told by Michael Cole that I needed to wait three years to get DashCam footage of an incident that happened in 2019. What a joke!

Is it required for me to give my name and address? What about retaliation? How come i can’t file anonymously? That should be a violation of my 4th amendment. If it’s public records that’s available to the public, it shouldn’t matter what state I live in, it’s public records….
