I protested in the mid '70s about the war in Vietnam and never have I seen such disrespectful behavior against the rule of law, respect of others or property. The Universities just need to grow some balls and quite telling them, they will be suspended but not much is happening. Columbia has forbid the cops to even come onto the property unless they ask them to. Truly unbelievable

I was privileged to have been given a University Education at Wits Uni South Africa. And although I borrowed the money to do so, it took me a very long time as a High School Teacher to pay it all back. These "students" are nothing more than a shocking disappointment to an academy of serious learning (maybe they are causing mayhem because most of them don't possess the real ability or brain power to achieve anything at University.) I think it is all about money which also keeps these Institutions afloat and maybe, that is why the powers-that-be which run them, are too cowardly to take the drastic action which is needed ASAP.
