Yes, everything can be done online in Virginia, including filing the articles of organization. If you're comfortable doing it on your own, that's great and we support that 100%. You can ask us questions along the way if need be. I also want to let you know that Northwest Registered agent is a great choice if you don't feel comfortable with the paperwork or process.
