What do I do if landlord doesn't give notice, and maintenance come into apartment for routine (non scheduled by tenant) and I cannot have a door bell camera to prove it, but they have been doing it several times without notice. no paper notice, mail, or email? Do I just have to have a camera pointed at the door to catch them 24/7 but then its just a he said she said if they said they "posted" a notice to my door. How can I defend myself?

I think it's difficult to prove to the courts extra people are living in the house unless you work for public housing. The tenant can argue privacy rights.

Funny this is all about screwing over the land lord! Why should the landlord furnish a telephone number for a lawyer to the tenant? There is not real five days? The tenant still has 30 more days to leave? people living free, gets 30 days to get out, WHY? they are there with out pay rent for another 30 days? How can a renter not know what they own in rent, that they have been paying for months? No where in this video does it say, tenants need to pay their rent on time so these sort of problems won't arise!. Again I will say all of this is to screw over the landlord, no matter what the tenant does!

Agree. 30 days after a notice saying pay or leave…. Why? they know how much rent will be due at what time every month……….
