I have an obsession with this. On the 28th of March is when I had my own mental breakdown and was diagnosed with Bipolar. I feel such a connection with this letter.

Same here. Diagnosed with Bipolar in 2017, and this note encapsulates everything perfectly. Hope you're doing okay.

You are such a great artist! The way you portrayed her pain, her sorrows..it’s something beyond incredible. I too am suffering. I too am losing my mind. I don’t know how many times I watched this video, but everytime I end up crying silently. It’s like someone is saying my words. Ah! When she says, "If anyone could have been saved me, it would have been you"! But how can I make him understand that's is what exactly I feel all the time? Life has been so unfair lately. I don’t know when it’s gonna stop. I wish life would have been great like it was for me for those four months! Ahhh! I wish!!!

I've found your channel because of this video and I'm watching it repeatedly. I'm writing a story right now and trying to grasp the essence of your performance for a character. It's brilliant. Thank you so much. You've done an excellent work! I'll check your other videos.

happiness doesn't just come in temporary waves . but it also expresses itself as permanent ones that are able to be seen and felt . which equates to memories & or experiences . a beautiful story indeed , told in less than 180 seconds . more beautiful than a rose could foretell itself . that cut its own thorns to be played with others to be seen as beautiful , real , and authentic .

The text is so, so powerful. Add to that a performance extremely well given, the result is an old man sobbing.

The first time it hit me was in the summers of 2003, being just 14 and watching the Hours, and watching Virginia walking down to that lake with a big stone tied to her leg and since then the entire existence of mine has been shaken, I have read and re-read this letter so many times and keep coming back here, hoping I wouldn't do it myself some day.

I am in tears. The way it was presented is insane! I get that way when I'm too honest of my feelings. Learned to mask it now. I feel every ounce of pain she must've felt and idk it's beautiful the way you presented. :)

It was a sad fact indeed, but it happened seventy-five years ago in a complex of unusual circumstances. We all have a mission in life: ethics, honesty, perseverance, and looking for joy in the most common or insignificant things. 🙏♥🌳

This, for the moment, seems to be my life. If it were possible, I would hand it to you entire. I would break it off as one breaks off a bunch of grapes. I would say, “Take it. This is my life.” _Virginia Woolf

She should have relied on Christ.

No one can control when and where one is born. The geographical area, history, beliefs and traditions, families, or circumstances surrounding one's life are so different. Relying on Christ, Budha, Allah, Brahman, Yahweh, Waheguru, or simply the Universe is to rely on a precious family member. It's rewarding.

The accent, you ought to be reading Ionesco or something.
@TheInsaneArtist3 ай бұрын
It is rewarding when a suggestion comes from someone who doesn't know me, yet extraordinary coincidences occur. And here, it is not about the accent but about Ionesco. Eugène Ionesco (French), born Eugen Ionescu (Romanian), was a Romanian-French playwright. I Am Romanian. I was born and raised in Romania until the age of five. My late grandfather Constantin Alexandru met Ionesco a few times on various occasions, talking about Romanian literature. My mum remembers that we had books signed by Ionesco that, unfortunately, when borrowed, no one returned. She used to read a lot of plays, poetry and criticism, stories, essays and memoirs by Eugen Ionescu. I have already started to draw a plan for reading Ionesco, thanks to your suggestion. "A work of art is, above all, an adventure of the mind" - Eugen Ionesco
