I have received a grant for major work on my home which was a HUGE and DIFFICULT and LONG process. It's a major blessing! I am soon going to be converged on by a team of workers. This is definitely going to disturb my routine and peaceful life. All my working life I was the boss. I'm expecting to be told how things are going to be done, which may not coincided with my ideas of how I want my house to look etc. I have done my best in this process to be open, but I find being flexible with remodel repairs most of the time leads to "the easy way" not the best way. I feel I may have walk a careful line to be open yet firm in order to be heard. It's a balancing act that I dread, but also am happy to walk in order to get my needs met. Hi Paul I just turned 59 today 9/17 and you got some things spot on. I got a shock this morning when my father sent me a happy birthday text. So we don't have a close relationship but this was actually a pleasant surprise, for once I didn't get super tense seeing I had a message from him. There lots of stuff going on and there's been a lot of purging and releasing of things that no longer serves my soul, all year long. I feel like maybe it's getting close to the end, I know there's a couple of things I still for sure need to let go of because the other part that goes with those couple of things is someone else needs to open up as well, but for some reason especially after things this week I know it's all going to be ok one way or another. Also you aren't the only neurodivergent person that's like stop messing with my flow and let me just go and do what I need to get done. I don't know if I will ever be able to not get my hackels up when I have my day planned out figured out and then something or someone throws it sideways.
