I think is an effect they put in the clip on OBS or the edition program, not really a skin. Even LCK or LPL use that effect some times in their Highlights

It only makes you inexperienced :D The difference between you and them is they play 30 games a day and are raging idiots but since they know the fundamentals and rules of the game and play a lot they can climb despite maybe not deserving it! (Obviously I don't mean every player is like this, just a select few). I can only confidently say this since I've been in the top ranks of games like CSGO and Valorant which are similar competitively. I'd run into lots of morons in the top 100 of the game who only stay there because they spam tons of games per day whereas I would only play a couple times a week and would keep my rank because I know my fundamentals and made them a habit. I recall one streamer who was top 100 but then suddenly found himself hardstuck several ranks down for many months, but eventually climbed back up from spamming enough games while still being an absolute bucket of piss for brains (he was an asshole & really cringe, I don't get why he's still insanely popular.) If you properly learn the basics and apply them every match, it doesn't matter if you have 1-2 team mates that go 0-10 every match, you will still carry and win. I say this with 100% confidence, and you need to believe it too. There will be perhaps 1 in 5 games that are an inevitable loss, but even then you should still tell yourself it could've been played better on YOUR part.

The problem with this guy is that he doesn’t know how to structure the video in a way that allows info to be mentally digested. This video and all the others you make are the equivalent of shoving ten thousands carrots down someone’s throat. Thank Riot and the destruction of ranked q in S9, when random d5 hardstucks suddenly became GM+(and even famous streamers) and all the other trash went from gold-plat to dia+. Not gonna mention broken items and thoughtless statcheck meta which boosted another bunch of people. If you want to taste actual ranked experience and skill - play dota 2

This is statistically incorrect. Your Diamond + grew by .012 percent. Bronze Silver Shrank, and plat is now most common rank.
