Thank you, plan on trying to order on the WarBRD and Delta grips on the 15th. I really didn't know the difference between the cosmosim soft-center (one) and no center (zero). Your video helped a lot!

Now you got the Alphas and there's the new flight model and atmospheric flight and all, you still recommend Cam 0 for pitch/yaw? Also wondering if there ever will be progressive no-center cams (for muscle memory ..and would'nt mind it in atmosphere) < Edit: That would be the Cam 3 I guess.

Great Vid! I was about to buy the space cam but the shipping cost is 15 euros to UK, that is insane for a 200gram large letter! With VAT added, I got a 49 euro bill for the cam set. I'm not impressed. So instead, I want to try to soften my WarBRD by changing the spring first, to see if that helps. Do you (or anyone here) know if the stock spring is the softer or the tighter option?

Got my warbrd base today, which spring are installed by default? Mine are both silver colored and I can't tell. Which ones come installed by default?

How do you identify cam-0 vs cam-1 in the Virpil website? They call them "soft-center", and "no-center" instead of cam-0 and cam-1.

Soft center is cam 1, no center is cam zero. Personally I prefer cam 1 because it returns to center. In elite when flying FA off, it's good to return to a neutral input every time. No center doesn't have a tactile center it returns to.

Fantastic video. I plan on getting two Constellation Alphas with WarBRD bases for space sims, and this was the only thing I could find that clarified the decision on cams: Avia cams for the left strafing stick (I can decide which when it's here, as it comes with both) and Cosmo no-center cams for the right aiming stick.

Have you tried the DCS Apache yet? I was wondering if CAM 0 is good for this if you want to keep your hand on the stick for longer periods of time (say instead of relying on force trim all the time). I'm trying to choose between the warbird and the cm2 for the helo

on the virpil website they are listed as "soft-center" and "no-center" now for the cosmosim cams, which one is which?

I play SC, went to Thrustmaster T1600 dual sticks to see if I like flying dual sticks,... after seeing your video awhile back,..... love flying dual stick,... when these thrustmasters die though,... I will go with Virpil dual sticks

I know you said you hated Cam 1, but I also know that you use Yaw on your X axis, which I can totally understand. However, I'm curious being an Elite Dangerous player, how do you think Cam 1 would perform when utilizing Roll on the X axis in lieu of Yaw?? Sadly, I ordered Cam 1 just before I found this video. Otherwise, I probably would have gone with Cam zero instead. They came in the mail yesterday and I haven't put them on yet because I wasn't sure if I should try them or just contact virpil to see if I could "trade". As always, love watching your reviews man. Always on point.

I just got my Alpha and Warbrd, I play DCS and Elite Dangerous and also plan to play Star Citizen. Should I stay with the default cam and springs or should I go cosmo? If cosmo the soft-center or no center?

I'm guessing you use pedals to strafe forward and back, but which stick do you use for roll (assuming on z-axis)?

this is a good video thanks.. sorry if there is one but do you know or did you make a video about the throttle cams? im trying to decide if the VPC MongoosT-50CM2 - AviaSim Cams are good for forward and reverse throttle. how much resistance is there.

Hi Jesse, have you tried the "Cosmosim" cams? Soft centre is ability to feel centre and no centre is what it says but not a larger dead zone?

Hello , I cant find the Zero Nose Cams on their Webpage ? Did they changed something ? Is it only für the Mongoose Base ? I ordered two WarBRDs ..... With best Regards

They're under the CosmoSim option....there's two selections under that option: Soft Center vs No Center. Soft Center is "Cam 1" and the no center is "Cam zero".

I ordered the cam 0 based on ur recommendation. I'm not sure on it. I've now ordered cam 1 to see if I like it better.

What do you like better? having 0 bump kind of concerns me so a soft bump might be better I think

@@ighicedeamon I liked soft bump to be honest. No bump it felt like it never self centered. So needed a bigger dead zone. Which also felt odd
