Your are so spoiled in pc😄I’m on Xbox series s and the scenery are sometimes good but very often terrain popping and short viewing distance. Some days it is smooth lag free but more often it stutters. Free flight seems to be great compared to career mode when it comes to bugs. I have done all the helicopter mission tree and 4/5 missions are broken. Search and rescue landing spots are al in dens forest where the helicopter can’t reach and in slippery slopes where the chopper can’t stay still. You can do a toe skid landing but cut scene showing the boarding make you loosing the ability to control the helicopter. The result being that the helicopter gliding down the slope😄 A few cargo lift missions the landing zone are 3340 nautical miles away but in the reality maybe 4-5 nm. The mission can’t be completed. The hoist rescue and cargo are very difficult because the bounce ground effect over platforms and trees makes the helicopter jump when you need to be in a stable hover. The hoist rescue are very difficult doing inside the cockpit because you can’t se where the target are. In real life you have a winch operator that guides the pilot. The rescuer in the harness hanging under the helicopter doesn’t move by himself on the ground. You need to drag him in the line to the target. The h125 doesn’t have a trim and all rescue missions are med with that helicopter. Very taxing for your arms to hold the joystick. Seems like they are going to add trim for next weeks patch though. I have watched many videos about the 2024 sim and my understanding is that as long as you do the free flight it’s ok. That’s was more text then I intended to write🙈 I really like your channel and keep it up🙏 One question, do you experience different landscape popping in different regions? I have bigger problems in USA and Asia then Europe. Seems like the servers are affected or something.

I will be interested to see what Rex Accuseasons can do to it to take away some of the overly saturated colours but I find the ground detail and lighting is an improvement in 2024. I see it more as work in progress.

I've had the Virpil collective base & throttle for a while now & agree ...it is a very big improvement in control to any alternative. I'm still with MSFS 2020 & cannot get the throttle to work with it. It DOES work in DCS. Will your process work in MSFS 2020? Is there a tutorial for that little trick? ...lol. Thanks

I assigned the throttle axis to helicopter throttle axis and then, thanks to the tip from Belatu42, assigned BOTH Cut Helicopter Throttle and Cut Throttle 1 to the cut off/engine idle button. Should work in 2020 as that is where he first set it up. It is a great piece of kit. Many thanks.
