I do - I assume they don't remember it so I jog their memory: "Back when you financed your home, you requested information about the benefit that would pay off your home if you died..." then back to script!

What tools or software do I need to start for example with you? Can I do it from overseas? I am in AZ but by the end of the year I have to go overseas for 6 mo but I'd like to be able to keep working. Good video btw.
