about first skill: how can you trust some new person that you have just hired handling your inbox- communication with customers, partners, accountant, etc. ? New VA does not know your product, services, ongoing projects... you would have to be in constant contact with your VA to explain everything.

Everyone starts somewhere! Email management will look different for every client. In this case, the client may want a VA who is familiar with their business, while some may be happy to train from scratch.

Whsts difference between #2 and #3

While the same person could do both the implementation (e.g. scheduling and posting) and the strategy (e.g. planning, conversion copywriting) there may be a different between the two roles. Additionally, there are VAs who specialize in only one or two platforms and then there are others would specialize in social media marketing strategy as a whole. Subtle differences but related roles. Hope that helps!
