Yes, I totally agree with you! Hiring VA when you don't have SOP's, systems, and processes are the main mistake most people make. I have personally spent thousands of dollars on building SOP's, training, and process where our trained SEO VA can do super-advanced SEO stuff that high-end agencies in the US/UK do. It's just like you said, having VA can do wonders( if you have proper systems in place) for your business.

I'll add to it two things: 1. You can hire fairly experienced / trained people also. My video editor doesn't need SOPs on how to edit videos, nor my prospector on how to prospect, etc. I mostly use SOPs for systemising the process, but usually hire people that can already do. it. Exception being hiring writers for onpage, since onpage is easy to learn, writing is difficult to teach. 2. I'm often lazy now and will hire someone, send them some videos (often someone else's) to teach a process, have them follow it, then have them create the documentation on how to repeat it. Saves a lot of time.

Finding and keeping, most people have no idea how to manage people. I see finding the right people as just a numbers game.

Nope, if I think they're good I try switch them to full time asap. Or as much time as they've got available.

Everything. In my current agency setup, basically only thing done by people in/from western countries is reviewing work and strategising campaigns.

I've got a video here on hiring people also btw. Mostly comes down to hiring/trialing people FAST, then firing even faster if they're not a good fit. Bit of a numbers game, just want to run through as many people on a paid-trial basis as quickly as possible until you get the right one. * Obviously filtering before you even get to the paid trial stage also

VA's suck in my opinion. You always need someone to manage them or else you're creating yourself another job.

You're just not hiring the right people and/or managing them correctly. Obviously the goal is to replace part of your job with a management role, but that should also require you to work significantly less.
