Virtual Conference on “Impacts, Consequences and Responses to COVID-19 in Bangladesh"

The first private university and the number one ranked private university of Bangladesh, North South University (NSU) in collaboration with NSU's South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG) and Center for Peace Studies (CPS) organized a virtual conference on Thursday, 18 June, 2020. The subject matter of the conference was the Impacts, Consequences and Responses to COVID-19 in Bangladesh: A Human Security Approach. The conference, which started at 11 a.m. on Zoom, focused on five issues. These include health and Well-being, Livelihood and Business, Education & Skill Development, Agriculture and Food Security and geopolitical relations.
