Hey Nikos, 500ms is half a second, which might be too short, but I would still think that you should hear it. Open up the plug in with the + next to the effect. Look and see if there is a knob that is tuned down to zero.

Hey, for the last part of the video, where pressing cue activates the kick drums due to action point is set. Will it work in this way if we don't set it as cue point in POI editor or change the name of cue 1 (and make it invisible). Will it still activate sampler after pressing cue button?

Typically, you would not leave actions points in the HOT CUE bank like I have done in this video. So if you didn't PLAY from that action point, it won't fire when you hit CUE because it is returning to a different location. But keep in mind, the action point will always fire regardless of how you get there. The reason it fires off when I press "CUE" is that I started from that point so the CUE button is returning to it and it is touching that point again. If I had started that track from "HOT CUE 1" instead of 2, it would have Cued back to "HOT CUE 1" and the point would NOT have fired. Also, I don't recommend making an Action Point that plays audio invisible. Anything that will play any type of audio on its own, you always want to know where it is.
