I don't get "track cleaner" when I right click on the track? I get a "POI"

can I use a video I took the intro out of be used in the video sampler? when I try it works but if I shut down the audio it just shows as a still picture.

How do you save it as a new .mp3/video? I do not want the VDJ file Just edit the song and change it for good?

Hey Matthew. For that you have to put it in audio editing software like Audacity or Sound Forge. You can make your edits and then rerender it as a new mp3. Sound Forge is the better software, but Audacity is free, and there is always something to be said for free, and for as simple an edit as cutting out an intro, either software is fine.

Here is a good one I just had to self learn over the last three days. Transfering playlists, and history from a pc to a mac! That was not fun to learn but I know have it down to a easy science! When I started to look it up there is not much info and found only one video....just an idea thanks for all you do!

Currently, there is no direct DMX control in VDJ 8. There was limited support for it in VDJ7 with a plug-in that linked to FreeStyler, but I don't think it has been tested to work with VDJ8. But here is the link if you want to test it out. www.virtualdj.com/addons/13067/SBDJ_FreeStyler_S2L.html
