+Harpreet Kaur - Bro, both the Institutes are equally good only . What maters for you is how you adapt there and how you use there sources to exceed in your future. As a north Indian , in JIPMER you have to learn Tamil to interact with patients and may have to little compromise in food. I feel that learning a new language is good thing only , as then you can interact with lots of people and can add extra points to your resume and you would be able to treat tamil speaking patients also.
