What 3d software do you recommend for theme park layout with elevation changes?

I recommend SketchUp and/or Rhino, for 3D concept and massing model design. They are both architectural tools but they allow for quick "napkin sketch" level roughing out of ideas AND they can be later exported to CAD when that time in the project comes. 3D software like Blender, Maya, and 3D Max are great tools but they aren't architecturally focused so I use those applications for other aspects of the creative process.
