Hmmm in terms of the game I would say excision, he set up lost lands and all that shit and provided a showcase where smaller artists could perform. Virtual Riot to me is the kid who strayed off from the norm and made a huge name for himself. His shit is so captivating, it sounds so wonky and tech-"kie" that he created his own sound with it. His melodies are 100% on point and I think within disciple, they have created a huge environment for all artist to find themselves and showcase themselves. The community is so massive and I have nothing buy respect for all artists. I also love how all big artists change their style a bit for more variety to attract more fans. Love it!

I think a pattern that I'm noticing is that especially compared to other tracks from the album that are remixes by other people, VR's mixes are a lot more up front and dryer compared to some that feel more distant and drenched in verb. Neither of them are wrong, but I think I like the way VR does it. I absolutely love the VIP, and it's definitely better than orig.
