I remember this NWave adventure because they used to have this ride film (yes, VIRTUAL TIME MACHINE) at OMSI (or "Oregon Museum of Science and Industry"). It was on the OMSI VIRTUAL ADVENTURER motion simulator. (NOTE: This motion simulator was around until the 2009-2010 school year. And it was in the OMNIMAX lobby.) VIRTUAL TIME MACHINE was one of the adventures. The other 4 were VOLCANO MINE RIDE, GRAND PRIX RACEWAY, GLACIER RUN, and AQUARIDE. These are the identified dinosaurs (and by the way, the dinosaur part takes place during both the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods): 1. At 2:27: Diplodocus 2. At 2:42: Brachiosaurus 3. At 2:37: Tyrannosaurus Rex Now, I did hear that there are only five dinosaurs. There are five dinosaurs. The dinosaurs are Diplodocus, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and T.Rex. (NOTE: Pteranodon DOES NOT count. It doesn't count because it was not a dinosaur but a flying reptile or "pterosaur".) I imagined the Stegosaurus (single or herd) being near the Diplodocus herd. (That is, at 2:27.) And I imagined the Triceratops (a herd most likely) near the "T.Rex" part. (That was at 2:37.) If what I am saying is true about the Triceratops, it is like it was a father T.Rex knocking down a tree. A mother T.Rex (with three young) were after four adult Triceratops (protecting 10 young). (NOTE: Brachiosaurus, Diplodocus, and Stegosaurus all lived in the Jurassic period. Triceratops and T.Rex were around in the Cretaceous. That is why we can tell it is both the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods at the same time. I am sorry. But the Triassic before that, it is ignored.) Although it is unknown what period of time the dinosaur part takes place in, it is both the Jurassic and Cretaceous. Neil Armstrong was the 1ST CUTSCENE, the Big Bang Theory on Earth was the 2ND CUTSCENE, the "dinosaurs" part was the 3RD ONE, the Pharaohs was the 4TH, Christopher Columbus was the 5TH, and the World War II scene was the 6TH AND FINAL. For the "dinosaurs" part, there are at least five dinosaurs. That is, Diplodocus, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and T.Rex.

I remember seeing a slightly edited version of this ride-film (and by slightly edited, I mean they really only removed the first roughly 10 seconds and gave some scenes different music for whatever reason, otherwise it was completely intact) at the end of "Thrill Ride: The Science of Fun". An obscure Imax documentary film, also by nWave. It was a rather strange film to put it lightly... It spent about the first 1/4 or so of its runtime talking about not so much the "science" of roller coasters (or more accurately, the physics on what makes them work as I thought from the title) but more the psychological effects on their riders (while showing some cool Imax footage of Kumba at Busch Gardens Tampa among other rides) only to spend the entire rest of the film focusing exclusively on how motion simulator ride-films are made... Renting the DVD release of that film from my local library was actually how I first heard about nWave in the first place and when I found out upon looking them up on the internet that they were a film studio that, at the time, mostly specialized in (you guessed it) motion simulator ride-films, the bias toward motion simulator rides in Thrill Ride: TSoF began to make *a lot* more sense...
