Thanks for posting this! I always wanted to walk the coastal path, but it never came to pass. Now I can enjoy part of it from my treadmill - a real gift to me (and other total strangers). Also thanks for not putting music on your videos - the walks feel much more authentic that way.

there is a run where a man runs across the golden gate bridge lovely too. im on the east coast of Ireland and we don't have beaches as good as Cornwall.

Wowskers that was fab and gave best ever workout yet. Running on my rebounder. I managed to go on for ages due to the stunning scenery. Yes the edge at 20:10 was a bit hair raising.

Cheers, hope you enjoy it. My favourite part is Pentire Headland from 18:00 onwards but Fistral beach 11:15 onwards is a close second (and smoother maybe for bike riding?)

Thanks! Same camera, but probably more steady running as I was focusing on the video rather than racing for a fast time. I'd like to do more in future, but as youtube removed its stabilization enhancement I'd have to spend a lot of money on 3rd party software...
