Roti or chpati size is normal in Maharashtra...very big size roti make every home in Maharashtra...u can not believe Maharashtra festival gudi paadwa puran poli (maande) is double size than this roti...😅😅..very very big....chapati called as "poli" in Maharashtra and roti called as " bhaakri".... Maharashtrian people eat very very spicy foods.....

Kharda actually is green chilly, garlic and Groundnut chutney. If mixed with mutton chicken it becomes mutton chicken kharda. If in maharashtra taste kharda too, u will like it. The red masala powder shown is actually is garam masala with chillies common in most of the maharashtrian household. Mainly prepared in bulk during summer at homes and stored to use throughout the year. Tambada actually means Red. Tambada rassa is red curry spicy, pandhara means white, so pandhara rassa kind of soup. Alani is also soup less spicy. Bhakri par ghee nahi pani lagta hai so that upar wala papad bane.

Very costly price as compare to other places in pune... Mutton thali for 571😀...1kg mutton comes at 700 kg... 😀.. In mutton thali not serving atleast 250 grms... Other places are really good than surves... Itna costly ek middle class person can't afford... He will buy one kg mutton and the whole family can enjoy the meal instead of eating here.. I will rate - 10/10...Also the hygiene maintained here is not good.
