Hi there, just equipped it with two GTN725 units. Unit 1 replacing the map filling the whole screen, unit 2 replacing the half screen map. Switchable with the respective knobs from inside the VC. So can be seen on each of the 3 MFDs. Made some testflying - works as expected. CFG-file and some screenshots, maybe a short video in the next days.

The engines actually sound realistic. Last week I spotted at BOS, and there was a Delta a220 there and it sounded like that when it was taxiing.

I recently loaded this airplane into P3D6. Still $25.00 Looks fine and works great. The resolution on the cockpit panel is fine. I added a sound set that improves the sound. Its set up on installation way nose heavy Once you fix that the range goes up to specs.

44 knots is the perfect taxi speed. Slower than 45 knots, and faster than 43 knots. Not to mention the gas savings of going slower than 45 knots. #SaveThePlanet ;-)

Jamison White I would suggest re-downloading the file from VirtualCol. If that doesn’t solve the issue I would reach out their support and see what’s up.

Nice review Nick, does the autopilot panel support VNAV? Also, is it just me, or do the throttles look way too big?

Hey Gavin, it is on there. The FMS is a reskinned default GPS, but it will allow you to insert altitudes for waypoints. Will it descend or show TOD etc? That I would have to go back in and do a few more proper fully planned flights vs using SPD/Vs to manage the vertical path. As for the throttles they do appear a bit big. When I purchased it, I posted some screenies to the Discord server Happy Bottom Riding Club has setup for our FSEconomy group, and everyone had the same reaction. Looking at actual pictures of an A220 cockpit, the handles are quite large in the real one but I think the sim ones are a tad larger than real life.

Shalom and greetings all my pals, I am long time customer of VirtualCol software company having owned many of their payware aircraft add ons. Okkayyyy I made a FIRST Airbus A220-300 flight using route from CYLW to CYVR. Had few problems with VirtualCol 220-300 for FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2. Could not find GPS button on cockpit panel!!!! NAV button was inoperable forcing me to manually fly the plane along the specific route. The altitude selection was not working (the bubble window showed my correct desired altitude selection but the altitude selection on the panel was wrong). Please advise. Does anybody know how to solve the problems?? Thanks, Aharon

Its not the best at anything but it is the only a220 and you dont have a choice
