Thank you for the video, currently looking on how to implement multiple lan interfaces behind pfsense with each interfaces have its own dhcp. Now i know how to do it. 🙌🏼

A DMZ is a direst connection to your WAN, either to your public IP or External IP, or in the case of your setup, it would be your main home IP range. Also you wouldn't set up a dhcp on it as it would receive an IP from the WAN. You should actually call your DMZ a Guest Network at most, but even then it would be locked down and restricted, to using certain ports, and have RFC1918 to prevent network hopping.

How will we connect management pc to windows 11 VM with ssh because they are in two different networks?

If there is a requirement to connect from management PC which is behind the WAN of the Pfsense going to an internal LAN PC, we need to configure port forwarding in pfsense.

No configuration to be done in the router. You'll need to port forward let say RDP port number in pfsense to the internal WIndows 11 VM IP.
