0:08 quite the collection of barges. I like the one with the garage on it 1:55 Loram Grinder in action, this one has sleeper cars in it 2:44 WAMX and RJ corman units trailing on a BNSF train 3:42 Wow, NS crane train on a mixed freight! NW boxcar,Southern gondola, a shorter wood deck flatcar, an Ohio crane, and matching orange Southern boom support car 4:28 Loram Grinder on Horseshoe Curve 5:40 CSX 1875 leading solo, along with an Amtrak express boxcar further down the train and a hopper with a National Steel Car logo on it. National Steel Car builds a lot of freight cars in Hamilton, Ontario 6:12 CSX 1834 leading (again at 8:22) 6:43 CSX 1852 leading (again at 19:05) 7:18 NS 3640 and 1071 moving through Roanoke yard 7:35 a pair of ex-UP GP15-1s sold to Western New York & Pennsylvania. These will be the railroad's first EMDs as they run with all ALCOs and found GE AC6000CWs unsuccessful after five years in service. 8:00 NS 4822 leading 8:32 Illinois Central hopper in the 1988-2000 gray livery 9:48 hopper on a flatbed 10:00 NS 8098 leading 10:16 CSX 2625 has its front painted in L&N colors. This was done unofficially (by local shop crews or vandals), like 6914's front in Chessie, and 6394's front in RF&P. 10:50 switching a Yreka Western hopper 11:08 big boy 4014 in Laramie heading back to Cheyenne. UP 1983 was added on in California and stayed with 4014 for the rest of the trip 16:14 CSX 1850 trailing on a cSX run-trhough over CN tracks 16:40 Pan-Am boxcar. Guilford Railways acquired the branding of the defunct airline, and Pan-Am Railways is now a part of CSX 19:20 I've never seen a loaded welded rail train combined with another commodity before. 20:05 I like the U25B lash-up at the CMRM, along with three deomnstrator livery GEVO models with working exhaust smoke 21:19 CSX welded rail train of old gondolas

It's always such a treat to see--and hear!--Big Boy; I rewound several times just to listen to that beautiful voice. And then that terrific roadrunner in OKC--you almost never get to see them for that long--plus those two lovely bucks in velvet in Iowa, the three very fine LORAM trains, the river barge, those guys reefing the balloon--this one was super-extra-special. Bravi and thank you!

A road running road runner in Oklahoma. First live bird I ever seen. Nice to see the Big Boy pullin freight. Also the bucks in Fort Madison. And the Colorado Model Train Club layout. Thanks for the mix. Gets boring only seeing CSX freights.

I believe that if you check the history on the Yreka Wester cars you will find that many of them were South Central Tennessee cars, from when the same company owned them. They were lettered South Central Tennessee, and the reporting marks were SCTR. They served a large wood chip mill at Watsons Tennessee, which has been gone for many years now.

19:25 The articulated rail train cars are far more unusual to see than the same old, same old, graffiti covered auto racks, which can be seen everywhere.
