How to play staccato on the piano - Mozart Sonata K331 "Alla Turca"

Very Informative! I'm currently learning this piece and I'm having difficulty approaching the continuous sixteenth note melody over a broken chord accompaniment. The section is in F-sharp minor and proceeds to A major and then back to F sharp minor. Could you please make a video on how to achieve speed and proper dynamics in this section. Thanks!!

Can we use peddles during the playing staccato? I have a piece that should be use peddle and some notes have to play stecatto. Thank you. Could you please reply the question sir.?
